About Us

History
Though the initiative, vision and experience of Jurg Bekker, the family business BPImplements was founded in 1968 for the production of argricultural eguipment. Although he sadly passed away, his son Bert Bekker kept his legacy alive.

After the aquiring of the Agritec range of products, the factory was moved in 2004 from the mining town of Koffiefontein in the South Western Free State to Bothaville in the Northern Free State.

In 2010 B.P. Implements merged with Michigan Tractors.

About Us
A highly skilled workforce produces a wide range of tested and proven quality products to
suit the demands and harsh conditions of Africa. Examples of such implements that we manufacture are ploughs, offset discs, tandem discs, tine implements, dam scoops, trailers, harvesters and threshing machines.

We design, develope and build our own implements as well as manufacture ground engaging parts. BPImplements prides itself in being self sufficient and not dependent on engineers or suppliers to keep up the production line.

BPImplements is continuously expanding, making it one of South Africa's leading manufacturers of agricultural equipment.

A well established Dealer network of Co-operatives and Private Enterprises is currently in place covering South Africa and some neighbouring states. From the early 1990's we
started exporting to Central and Northern Africa. We are also involved with African Food Production Aid Schemes which is our contribution to upliftment of Humanity.

Our products are our pride making our main goal the ongoing design and development of new products. Our wealth of knowledge and expertise we share with farmers, enabling them to maximise their output using technology and our products.
